We have used Tails on Trails for almost 3 years, and they are still great with our challenging, nervous, and anxious hound dog. All of the walkers understand dogs, clearly care about the dogs, and are extremely dependable. We really appreciated how all of the walkers truly listened to our suggestions on how to make Rosie comfortable with the routine. Rosie does so well with the walkers now that she hardly ever barks when they come in the house, which is a huge accomplishment for a very loud, nervous hound!
We’ve been using Tails on Trails for about 3.5 years and they have been wonderful. Our dog waits by the door every day and enjoys his time outside – he can be tough to wrangle and the staff are great with him. Highly recommend.
These folks have been a God-send to me. I had 9 week old puppies and I was worried about, not only their care, but the care and security of my house. They gave my babies so much attention, cleaned up my house, gave me updates twice a day after their visits and locked every thing up. I am so grateful for these folks.
We had such a great experience with Kelly and her team. They are always punctual and organized. I’ve moved around quite a bit and tried several dog walking services where you are texted the night before by the company that they cannot accommodate your walk or have to schedule a last minute meet and greet to meet a different walker but Tails on Trails is not like that. It was always such a smooth operation from our end.
