9:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Messages and appointment requests are returned within one business day.

On-Call, Emergency Requests or Last Minute Changes are done through the Time to Pet App.

Weather-related closings:
Tails on Trails, LLC follows the Anne Arundel County school schedule closing schedule with regards to inclement weather, only. During this time, mid-day dog walks will be canceled.
