2013: A Great Year for Tails on Trails
This past year has been a great year for Tails on Trails. Thanks to the our many wonderful clients and walkers. We’ve had a year with more success than we could have ever imagined.
We have over 25 walkers serving an areas that include Severna Park, Bowie, Laurel, Annapolis just to name a few. We take the quality of the service we provide and the training of our staff seriously. This has enabled us to respond quickly and effectively to our clients’ needs and manage our growing staff.
Our client list has grown to over 500 and continues to grow daily. We believe this is not only a reflection of the professionalism with which we manage, but also the satisfaction of our clients, who are always recommending us to friends and family. (It doesn’t hurt that recommendations earn clients one free visit–ask about our recommendation program!)
Because quality is just as important as our relationship with you, we are VERY flattered to be the recipient of two awards this year:
Washingtonian Magazine recognized us in their 2013 Best of Issue this summer in the category of Pet Care Services.
Because this award is given based on reader recommendations, we think our clients just might appreciate us as much as we appreciate them!
More recently, we’ve been awarded the 2013 Super Service Award by Angie’s List.
This award is the highest honor given, annually, to the top 5% of qualifying businesses on Angie’s List. We were very happy to be recognized, again, for the hard work we’ve been doing all year.
All in all, it’s been a pretty great year. We have our amazing clients and hard working walkers to thank for that. Thank you to each and every one of you. Here’s to an even more amazing 2014!
