It’s the time of year when many of us are working on New Year’s Resolutions that that include keeping ourselves healthier throughout the year. Have you considered a type of fitness that could include your pet? Not only would it be beneficial to you, but your pet, keeping you both happy, healthy, and centered in the cold weather.

With this in mind, this winter we’re partnering with Kater Leatherman, to get all Tails on Trails clients a 10% discount on a DOGA class in Annapolis.

What is DOGA you might ask? DOGA is a relatively new idea. It’s an opportunity to bond with your dog, calm them through massage, and incorporate them into a yoga routine. Working with your pet will be calming to both of you and help you work through poses more calmly.

DOGA is not hard for pets to do, but it is recommended that hyper dogs or dogs who have issues with other pups do not take part. You must be able to pick up your partner, so dogs under 25 pounds are best.
