Believe it or not, the Holidays are coming. We know it’s just past Labor Day and the highs are still in the 90s, but November and December are right around the corner. We know this because some of our very prepared clients have already begun making reservations for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
As many of you know, this is one of our busiest times of year. Many of you enjoy going to visit family during the Holidays and we are happy to be your pet care provider while you are away. For us to properly prepare for the workload that is coming it is best if you let us know as soon as possible when you plan to be away.
If you think you’ll need care during those times, I would encourage you to book ahead. As always, we highly value our existing clients and absolutely want to serve you before any new clients. Please consider booking now to help us with prepare for how many new clients we can take on for that time.
Due to the overwhelming demand for overnight care and to be fair to the sitters that do not travel during that time, we do have a minimum overnight stay requirement. For the dates around Thanksgiving and Christmas, there will be a three-night minimum for overnight care only. All other types of visits will not have any minimum whatsoever. Thank you for your understanding about our policy.
