Yes, you heard us right! Tails on Trails is excited to announce our very first Halloween Costume Contest!
We know many of our clients and staff love to dress up their pets this time of year. Because we all know how cute our pets can be as skeletons, bumble bees, spiders, and more, we thought we’d engage everyone in a little bit of friendly competition.
Thinking about joining your favorite dog walker in a fun competition?
Here are the details for the competition:
Rules:
Each household can only have 1 entry. If you have multiple pets, you can enter them together in 1 picture, group themes are encouraged!
All entries must be emailed to lindsey@tailsontrails.net. If you would like to send along the names, ages, breeds of your pets, they will be included in the caption when posted.
There will be 2 divisions:
1) Clients: Whether you’re a future client or current one, you can compete!
2) Staff of Tails on Trails: If you’re currently a dog walker, pet sitter, or office worker for Tails on Trails you can compete as well!
At the end of the submission process we will re-post all of the photos on our Facebook page for voting to take place. Each “like” that a photo gets will count as 1 vote. We welcome you to encourage friends and family members to vote for your pet! But remember, only likes that are clicked directly on the Tails on Trails Facebook Page will count!
Timeline:
October 20-November 2, email your best pet costume photos to us. Email every photo to lindsey@tailsontrails.net.
November 3, photos will be posted to the Tails on Trails Facebook page and voting will begin. All votes will be accounted for via the number of likes each photo gets on the Tails on Trails Facebook page.

Top 3 winners in each category (Clients & Staff) announced.

Client Category:
1st place- 3 free walks/pet sitting visits
2nd place- 2 free walks/pet sitting visits
3rd place- 1 free walk/pet sitting visit
**Tails on Trails services Anne Arundel County. We welcome contestants from outside of our service area, but winners can only claim their prize within the service area!**
Tails on Trails Staff:
